This NYC-based startup wanted to create an exchange between consumers and tax-preparers, including “post a question for a tax professional” functionality. Tivix worked closely with the CEO/Founder to architect and develop the solution, including working with and helping hire, the company’s geographically-distributed Engineering and User Experience team. The new service launched on time, on budget, and successfully captured the tax preparation season of 2010.
