This well-established tour company runs tours throughout the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Napa and Muir Woods. They needed a complex booking engine developed, capable of allowing consumers and resellers to book seats online, while keeping track of inventory for each tour/date/time.
Tivix developed the system for them, leveraging the Django/Python/Satchmo development framework, yielding a stable system which increased customer conversation rates while reducing errors and overbooking.
